Healthiest and Tastiest Weight loss Salad
This is one of the best easy to make weight loss salad. The protein content in the salad makes you fuller for longer time. This is one of my favourite afternoon salad.
INGREDIENTS :-
* Boiled raw peanut - 25 gm
* Green apple - 1/2
* Boiled Kidney beans - 25 gm
* Ridge gourd - 100 gm
* Lettuce - 1/2 cup
* Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp
* Pepper - to taste
* Salt - to taste
METHOD :-
* Cut the ridge gourd, green apple and lettuce into small pieces.
* Add this to a bowl along with all other ingredients.
* Mix well.
* That's it, healthy and easy salad is ready to serve.
