Malabar erachi choru
ERACHI CHORU / MEAT RICE Erachi choru is an exceptionally well known malabar dish. This is yet another mouth watering recipe. Taste is like biriyani. But the preparation is more simpler than biriyani. I'm utilizing chicken to make this dish. You can use mutton or beef to prepare this erachi choru. It is a spicy dish so that cool raita is the best blend for this erachi choru.
