Pazhampori / banana fritters

  Banana fritters is a Lovely treat serve hot with a cup tea or coffee. This is one of my favorite snack. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Ripped banana - 2

* All purpose flour - 8 tbs

* Sugar - 4 tsp

* Instant yeast - 1 pinch

* Salt - 1 pinch

* Turmeric powder - 1/4 ts

* Water - 200ml

* Oil - for frying

METHOD :-

* To a bowl add flour, sugar, turmeric powder, yeast and salt. 

* Mix well. 

* Add water to this make a smooth batter. The batter should not be too thick or too loose. 

* Let it rest for 1 hour. 

* Cut the banana into thin pieces. 

* Dip in the batter. 

* Fry it in the oil. Flip both sides. 

* Tasty banana fritters is ready.
