Custard cookies
CUSTARD COOKIES
This cookies are crispy and chewy mouth watering eggless cookies.
INGREDIENTS :-
* Unsalted Butter - 50 gm
* Sugar - 3 1/2 Tbs
* Cardamom - 2
* All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
* Custard powder - 3 1/2 Tbs
* Milk - 2 Tbs
METHOD :-
* To a mixer jar add sugar and Cardamom. Grind to a fine powder.
* Then we need to cream the butter. It's very important to note that butter should be at room temperature.
* Best the butter along with powdered sugar with cardamom.
Until it becomes soft and light in color.
* To this add all purpose flour and custard powder. Mix well.
* Then add milk (room temperature) to this. Mix well.
* Transfer this dough to a piping bag.
* Take a baking tray with butter paper.
* Drop the dough one by one over this.
* Garnish with cherry on the middle.
* Bake in preheated OTG at 180°C for 10 minutes.
* Custard cookies is ready to serve.
