Green gram porridge
GREEN GRAM PORRIDGE
Healthy way to include green gram in our diet. It's very filling and loaded with nutrients. This is easy to digest.
INGREDIENTS :-
* Rice - 1 cup
* Green gram - 1/2 cup
* Fenugreek seeds - 1 Tbs
* Thick coconut milk - 1/4 cup
* Ghee or butter - as needed
* Salt - to taste
METHOD :-
* To a pressure cooker add rice, green gram, fenugreek.
* Add water as needed to cook this.
* When it's completely cooked.
* open the lid and add salt and coconut milk.
* Mix well.
* Allow to boil.
* When it's starts bubbling.
* Turn off the flame.
* Pour this to the serving bowl.
* Add ghee or butter.
* It's ready.
