Churros
   
 Churros is a fried crispy dough with soft inside coated with cinnamon powder from Spanish and Portuguese cuisine. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* All purpose flour - 1 cup

* Butter - 2 tbs

* Sugar - 1 tbs

* Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

* Water - 1 cup

For cinnamon sugar :-

* Caster sugar - 1/4 cup

* Cinnamon  powder - 1/2 tsp

* Oil - for frying

METHOD :-

* To a bowl add caster sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix well. Keep aside. 

* Boil water in a sauce pan. 

* To this add butter, sugar and vanilla essence. Stir well. 

* When the water starts bubbling and the butter melts. Turn off the flame. 

* To this add the flour. Mix well until it forms a smooth dough. 

* Let it rest for 2 minutes. 

* At this time you will need to ready the piping bag. Take 2 big piping bag and insert one in the other. 

* Then insert the star nozzle. 

* When the dough becomes warm to touch. 

* Transfer the dough into the piping bag. 

* Pipe the churros onto the tray lined with butter paper. Cut the end with a knife. 

* Heat the oil in a pan. 

* When it becomes hot. Fry the churros until it becomes golden brown color. ( first 2 minutes in high flame and then fry it in medium flame)

* Transfer them onto a sieve, so that all the excess oil drips off. 

* Let it rest for 2 minutes. 

* Then coat them in the cinnamon powder. 

* Delicious churros is ready, serve them with chocolate spread.
