INSTANTLY JALEBI

 

Instant jalebi

  If you want to make crispy and yummy jalebi. Try this.. Let's see how to make instant jalebi without yeast. 

 INGREDIENTS :-

* All purpose flour - 1/2 cup

* cornflour - 1 tbs

* salt - 1 pinch

* Lemon juice - 2 tsp

* color (optional) - 

* Curd - 1 tbs

* Baking powder - 1/4 tsp

* Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

* Water - less than 1/2 cup

For sugar syrup :-

* Water - 1 cup

* Sugar - 1 cup

* Lemon juice - 1 tsp

* cardamom - 4

* saffron - 

METHOD :-

* I a pot add sugar, cardamom and  water. 

* Allow to boil for 6-7 minutes. 

* At this point add lemon juice. 

* Then turn off the flame. 

* Add saffron. 

* keep aside. 

* To a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, corn flour, color, lemon juice and water.

* Mix well. 

* Batter consistency becomes not loo loose not too thick. 

* Pour the batter into a piping bag. 

* Heat oil in a pan. 

* When the becomes hot, squeeze the jalebi batter through the piping bag. 

* when the jalebi becomes crispy. 

* Take out from the oil. 

* Add this to the sugar syrup. 

* Take them within 30 seconds. 

* Repeat the same. 

* Taste and easy jalebi is ready.
