Carrot pudding

   This carrot pudding is a mouthwatering easy to make pudding. Let's see how to make this. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Carrot - 4

* Full fat milk - 1 ltr

* Sugar - 1/4 cup

* Condensed milk - as needed

* Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp

* China grass - 16 gm

* Water - 1 1/2 cup


METHOD :-

* Thinly slice the carrot. 

* To a pan add sliced carrot and milk. 

* Cook the carrot. 

* when the carrot is completely cooked add sugar.

* Mix well

* Then add condense milk ( as per your sweetness) and vanilla essence. 

* Boil this for few minutes. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Let it cool for some time. 

* Mix China grass with 1 1/2 cup of water. Let it Soak for 10 minutes. 

* After that transfer this to a mixer jar. 

* Grind to a smooth paste. 

* Then add this grinded carrot to a pan and heat this. 

* Meanwhile boil the soaked china grass until it gets completely melts. 

* Add this to the boiling carrot mix. 

* Let it boil for few minutes. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Pour this to a pudding tray. 

* Let it cool down completely. 

* Refrigerate this overnight. 

* It's ready to serve.
