Breakfast smoothie

   This is a easy breakfast smoothie recipe. It's sweet, simple and nutritious. Will help in muscle building, reduce carving and increase energy. 

 INGREDIENTS :-

* Oats - 3 tbs

* Almonds - 4

* Dates - 5

* Chopped Banana - 1 cup

* Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp

* Flaxseed - 1 tbs

* Yogurt - 1/2 cup

* Water - 2 - 3 tbs

METHOD :-

* Soak Oats and almonds. 

* Remove the almond peel. 

* To a blender add this soaked oats and almonds along with all other ingredients. 

* Blend it nicely. 

* Tasty breakfast smoothie is ready.
