This is an extremely tasty grain free lunch recipe. Very easy to make. A grain free diet has lots of benefits like reduced inflammation, helps in weight loss, control blood sugar levels, improve digestion and for clearer skin. Let's see how to make this.
INGREDIENTS :-
* Cabbage - 100 gm
* Cauliflower - 50gm
* Drumstick leaves - 1 cup
* Chicken pieces - 1 cup
* Celery - 2 tsp
* Chopped garlic - 3 tbs
* Chilli powder - 1 tsp
* Pepper - as needed
* Salt - as needed
* Ghee - 1 tbs
METHOD :-
* Finely chop cauliflower and cabbage. Keep aside.
* Cook the chicken pieces along with salt and chilli powder.
* Heat a pan, add ghee.
* When the ghee becomes hot add chopped garlic.
* Saute it until the raw taste of garlic is completely gone.
* After that add celery, saute it.
* To this add chopped cabbage and cauliflower.
* Saute it for 3 - 4 minutes. Then add drumstick leaves.
* Cook for 2 minutes.
* Finally add pepper powder and salt.
* Turn off the flame.
* Grain free pulao is ready.
