Quail egg bonda
* Heat a pan add oil, then add fennel seeds.
* After that add ginger, saute it for a few seconds.
* To this add chopped onion. Saute it it becomes transparent.
* Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt along with 1/4 cup hot water.
* When it starts bubbling, turn the flame low and let it boil till the water is completely reduced.
* Add Mashed potato. Mix well for 1 minute.
* After that add coriander leaves and then turn off the flame. Keep aside.
* Take a small portion from the potato mix.
* Stuff the quail egg inside with some green chutney.
* Then cover the egg completely with potato mix. Keep aside.
* Add all purpose flour, salt and pepper powder to a bowl along with water.
* Make a loose batter out of this.
* Take one egg with potato ball. First Dip it in the batter.
* Then cover this with bread crumbs.
* Heat oil in a pan.
* Deep fry the prepared egg Bondas in medium flame till it becomes light brown color.
* Delicious egg bonda is ready.
