Potato noodles

    Potato noodles are homemade noodles made out of potato and tossed in garlic oil. It's a gluten-free flavourful dish. These noodles are thick.  It's very easy to make delicious dish. 


INGREDIENTS :-

* Potato - 2

* Soya sauce - 1 tbs

* Chilli powder - 1 tsp

* Garlic - 4

* Vinegar - 1/2 tsp

* Corn flour - 100 gm

* Tapioca powder - 50 gm

* Oil -  1+ 2 tsp

* Salt - to taste

METHOD :-

* Peel the potato, cut into cubes. 

* Put this to a pan along with water. 

* Boil until the potatoes becomes tender enough. 

* Mash the potatoes. 

* To this add salt. Mix well. 

*Add corn flour and tapioca powder. Knead it. 

* Roll the dough and divide them into several parts. 

* Now roll each piece of potato dough into long strand. Keep aside. 

* Boil some water along with 1 tsp oil. When it starts  vigorously boil add potato strands. 

* Boil the potato noodles just until they floats up. 

* Give them a whirl with chopsticks. 

* After that scoop them out into cold water. 

* After 1 minute drain it. 

* Add this to a bowl. Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli powder. Set aside. 

* Heat a pan add oil. When it becomes hot add garlic piece pieces. Saute it for 15 seconds. 

* Pour this hot oil with garlic over the potato noodles. Mix it. 

* Tasty potato noodles is ready.
