Jelly coffee

    I wonder.. Something which is simple and easy can turned out so delicious like jelly coffee. Cubes of jelly flavored with coffee mixed with cream, milk and condensed milk is definitely a Crowd-pleaser and an excellent dessert for any occasion. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Gelatin- 1 tbs

* Instant coffee powder - 1 1/2 tsp

* Water - 200ml

* Sugar - 1 tbs

* Milk - 1 cup

* Fresh cream - 1/2 cup

* Condensed milk - 1/2 cup

METHOD :-

* To a pan add coffee powder, Sugar and water. 

* Boil it. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Then combine gelatin and coffee. 

* Mex well till the gelatin completely melts. 

* Pour this to a bowl or glass. 

* Let it cool to set. 

* Refrigerate for 3 hours. 

* Take out from the fridge. 

* Cut the coffee jelly into small cubes. 

* To a serving glass add coffee jelly, chilled milk, fresh cream and Condensed milk. 

* Mix it. 

* Jelly coffee is ready to serve.

Homemade wines are easy to make but need some patients to get the perfect result.
