Bubble Payasam

   I actually made bubble to make bubble tea. But I thought, why not try bubble Payasam with these bubbles. So I tried bubble Payasam as an idea of mine. The result was amazing, the combination of bubbles, coconut milk and ghee turned out an yummy dessert. 

INGREDIENTS :-

For making bubble :-

Tapioca power - 1/2 cup

* Dark compound - 3 tbs

* Jaggery powder - 3 + 5 tbs

* Water - 3 tbs + 1/2 ltr

* Condensed milk - to taste

For making bubble Payasam :-

* Homemade bubble - 1 cup

* Ghee - 2 tbs

* Thick coconut milk - 1 cup

* Second coconut milk - 3 cup

* Condensed milk - as needed

 * Jaggery - 150 gm

* Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

METHOD :-

Making of bubble :-

* Boil 4 tbs water with 3 tbs of jaggery powder. 

* Boil till it gets completely melts. 

* Then add 1 tsp of tapioca power. 

* Mix well without any lumps. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Then add grated dark compound and the remaining tapioca power. 

* Mix well without any lumps. 

* Make a soft dough. 

* Make very small ( little bigger than sago) out of the dough. 

* Dust the balls with the tapioca powder  every time,otherwise it will stick one another. 

* After that, boil 1/2 litre water. 

* When the water starts vigorously boil. Add the tapioca balls. Stir slowly. 

* Cook this for 15 minutes. 

* Strain it. 

* Boil 1/2 cup of water along with 5 tbs of jaggery powder. 

* When it gets melts, add drained tapioca balls. 

* Cook this for 5 minutes. Keep aside. 

For making Payasam :-

* Boil jaggery along with 1/2 of water until the jaggery gets completely melts. 

* Then strain it to remove the impurities. Set aside. 

* Heat a thick bottom khadai add 1tbs ghee . 

* To this add prepared bubbles. Mix well for 2 minutes. 

    


* After that add prepared jaggery syrup. Allow to boil for 5 minutes. 

* Add second coconut milk. Allow to boil for 5 minutes. Stir it occasionally. 

* Then add condensed milk, thick coconut milk. 

* Stir it continuously for 30 seconds in low flame ( Do not allow to boil) . Turn off the flame. 

* Then add 1 tbs ghee and cardamom powder. Mix it. 

* Tasty bubble Payasam is ready to serve.
