These balls are incredibly easy to make, really healthy and tasty. The dates make the balls naturally sweet. For a strong bones we need calcium along with Vitamin D, Vitamin K, manganese and iron. INGREDIENTS :-
* Roasted Sesame seeds - 1 cup
* Roasted ragi powder - 1/2 cup
* Dates - 15 - 20
* Fig - 7
* Almonds - 1/2 cup
* Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
* Peanut - 1/2 cup
* Virgin coconut oil - 2 tsp
METHOD :-
* Add all the ingredients to a blender.
* Blend it.
* Make balls out of that.
* Nutritious ladoo is ready.
