Dates Energy balls

  Easy dates energy balls are perfect snack packed with protein and energy. Easy to make and you can store them for later. 


INGREDIENTS :-

* Deseeded Dates - 1/2 cup

* Peanut butter - 2 tbs

* Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup

* Almonds - 1/4 cup

* Maple syrup - 2 tbs

* Oats - 1/2 cup

METHOD :-

* To a blender add dates, peanut butter, Cashew nuts, almonds and maple syrup. 

* Blend it nicely. 

* Transfer this to a bowl. 

* To this add oats. 

* Mix well. 

* Make small balls out of this. 

* Energy balls is ready to serve.
