Fenugreek porridge

    Fenugreek porridge is considered as a healthy treat for the body. It's very delicious. The main ingredients is fenugreek seeds. Which is considered to be an ideal medicinal food to keep good health. 


INGREDIENTS :-

* Raw rice - 1 cup

* Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 cup

* Thick coconut milk - 1 cup

* Ghee - 2 tbs

* Salt - to taste

METHOD :-

* Soak the fenugreek seeds for 6 hours. 

*.After 6 hours, wash the rice. 

* Cook the rice along with soaked fenugreek seeds  and 1/2 tbs ghee with enough water for cooking. 

* When the rice is completely cooked, open the lid. 

* Add salt and coconut milk. (correct the porridge consistency according to you) 

* Cook this for 1 minute. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Then add the remaining 1 1/2 tbs of ghee. Mix well. 

* Healthy fenugreek porridge is ready to serve.
