Breakfast is an important meal, so why should we try something interesting and healthy. Today is sharing Masala bread toast. This is an healthy, tasty and easy breakfast recipe, it's also good as an evening snack.
INGREDIENTS:-
* Bread slices - 5
* Egg - 5
* Onion - 1
* Green chili - 1
* Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
* Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
* Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander leaves - 3 tbs
* Milk - 2 tbs
* Butter - as needed for toasting
* Salt - to taste
METHOD :-
* To a bowl crack the eggs.
* To this add chopped onion, chopped green chili, chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, milk and salt.
* Mix well.
* Take one bread slice. Pour some egg mix over that and spread evenly on one side.
* Once you done this, heat a tawa add a small cube of butter.
* Then place the bread slice with egg mix on to the tawa.
* Then pour some egg mixture on the other side and spread it evenly.
* When one side of the bread is cooked, then lift the bread slice and add some more butter and gently flip the bread slice.
* When both sides are cooked and it turns light brown color. Remove from the tawa.
* Follow the same process for all the bread slices.
