Banana bread halwa

   Banana bread halwa is an aromatic, rich, tasty  delightful treat.  This halwa can made out very quickly and the best way to use overripe bananas. It's really a mouthwatering dessert. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Bread - 6 slices

* Ripe banana  - 5

* jaggery powder - 1/2 cup

* Sugar - 1/2 cup

* Butter - 50 gm

* Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

* Ghee - 1/4 cup

METHOD :-

* Roughly cut the bread slices. 

* Add them to the mixer jar. Grind it to a coarse powder in pulse mode. 

* Once done transfer this to a bowl. Keep it aside. 

* Chop the bananas and grind them to a smooth pulp. 

* Then transfer this to a bowl. 

* To this banana pulp add jaggery powder, butter, sugar, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder. 

* Mix well. 

* To this add coarsely grinded bread powder. Mix thoroughly. 

* Heat a pan add this. Stir it. 

* When the halwa got thickening. Add ghee. 

* Stir it continuously until the ghee is fully absorbed. It takes nearly 2-3 minutes. 

* Then add roasted cashews. Mix well. 

Turn off the flame. 

* After that transfer to a plate. 

* Tasty banana bread halwa is ready to serve.
