        Sweet Diamond cut           Sweet Diamond cuts are made using a simple dough cut into diamond. Then deep fried until crispy then tossed in sugar syrup. It can be made with or without stuffing.         Perfect Idli Recipe        Idli is one of the healthiest South Indian breakfast dish. Making soft and fluffy idli at home is easy with all the mentioned tips and tricks. These soft idli goes well with sambar, chutney.         Fenugreek porridge           Fenugreek porridge is considered as a healthy treat for the body. It's very delicious. The main ingredients is fenugreek seeds. Which is considered to be an ideal medicinal food to keep good health.  INGREDIENTS :- * Raw rice - 1 cup * Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 cup * Thick coconut milk - 1 cup * Ghee - 2 tbs * Salt - to taste METHOD :- * Soak the fenugreek seeds for 6 hours.  *.After 6 hours, wash the rice.  * Cook the rice along with soaked fenugreek seeds  and 1/2 tbs ghee with enough water for cooking.  * When the rice is completely cooked, open the lid.  * Add salt and coconut milk. (correct the porridge consistency according to you)  * Cook this for 1 minute.  * Turn off the flame.  * Then add the remaining 1 1/2 tbs of ghee. So I tried bubble Payasam as an idea of mine.
