  Here's a simple, effective weight loss smoothie recipe that's nutritious, filling and easy to make. This smoothie is packed with fiber, protein and healthy fats, which can help keep you full longer and reduce unnecessary snacking.

INGREDIENTS :-

* Spinach - 1 cup

* Banana  - 1/2

* Green apple - 1/2

* Cucumber - 1/2

* Chia seeds - 1 tbs

* Peanut butter - 1 tbs

* Unsweetened almond milk - 1 cup

* Ice cubes  (optional) - 3-4

* Lemon juice (optional)- 1 tsp

METHOD :-

* Wash all products thoroughly. 

* Slice the banana, apple and cucumber into smaller chunks for easier blending. 

* If you are using frozen spinach or banana, no need to add ice cubes. 

Add to blender:

* In this order, almond milk - Spinach -cucumber - apple - banana - chia seeds - peanut butter - lemon juice - ice cubes. 

Blending :

* Blend on high for about 45-60 seconds or until it reach a creamy consistency. 

* If it's too thick, add more almond milk a little at a time. 

Taste and adjust :

* Add a touch more banana if you prefer it sweeter. 

* Add more lemon if you like it tangy. 

Serve immediately :

* Pour into a glass or smoothie jar. 

* Drink cold for best taste and texture.
