Egg tawa fry
Egg tawa fry
Boiled egg tawa fry is a flavorful Indian dish where hard-boiled eggs are sliced or left whole, then seared on a hot tawa (griddle) with a blend of aromatic spices. The eggs are typically coated in a masala mixture. Fried in butter until the outer layer becomes slightly crispy, the eggs absorb the rich flavors of the spices, creating a satisfying contrast between the soft yolk and the spiced crust.
