Banana ghee roast

  The easy 5-minute Banana Ghee Roast is a quick and delicious treat that brings out the natural sweetness of ripe bananas with the rich aroma of ghee. To make it, simply slice a ripe banana and roast the slices in a teaspoon of ghee on medium heat until they turn golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges. This simple dish is perfect as a warm dessert, a comforting snack, or a wholesome side for breakfast. It’s fuss-free, nutritious, and ready in minutes — ideal for when you want something homemade and satisfying without much effort.

 INGREDIENTS :-

* Ripe Nendran banana - 1

* Sugar - 1 tbs

* Ghee - 1 1/2 tbs

METHOD :-

* Peel and slice the ripe nendran banana into half centimeter thickness round slices. ( if you slice it too thin, they will burnt very quickly and if you slice them too thick it will not roasted evenly) 

* Add sugar to the banana slices and mix it. 

* Heat a pan add ghee. Then place the banana slices in such a way that they are not overlapping. 

* Within two minutes, banana slices start to turn caramelized brown color then flip it. 

* When both sides turn caramelized brown color, remove from the flame. 

* Tasty and easy banana ghee roast is ready. Serve warm as it as snack or can be served with vanilla ice cream.
