  Beetroot Chips Recipe

Prep Time: 15 mins

 Cook Time: 20 mins

 Ingredients:

* Beetroot - 500 gm

* Besan flour - 1/4 cup

* Corn flour - 3 tbs

* Chilli powder - 1 tsp

* Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp

* Fennel seed powder - 1/2 tsp

* Oregano seasoning - 1 tsp

* Salt - to taste

* Curry leaves - 2 sprigs

* Oil - for deep frying

 Instructions:

Step 1: Wash and Peel

* Wash the beetroots thoroughly under running water to remove dirt.

* Use a vegetable peeler to remove the skin.

* Pat dry with a clean towel or paper towel.

Step 2: Slice Lengthwise

Using a sharp knife or mandoline, carefully slice into 1/4 inch slices then cut into  lengthwise into thin strips (not very thin pieces)
