P. F. Chang's Golden fried rice

P.F. Chang’s Golden Fried Rice is a flavorful and elevated take on the classic Chinese fried rice dish. What sets it apart is the use of a delicate egg yolk coating that gives the rice a signature golden hue and rich, savory taste. Stir-fried with a mix of fresh vegetables, scallions, and premium ingredients like shrimp, chicken, or pork (depending on your choice), the dish delivers a well-balanced combination of textures and umami flavors. The rice is wok-tossed to perfection, achieving a slightly crispy exterior while remaining fluffy inside. It’s a satisfying and visually appealing dish that highlights P.F. Chang’s commitment to modernizing traditional Asian cuisine with bold flavors and high-quality ingredients. Here I am sharing easy golden fried rice without any veggies or meat.
