3 Minutes easy sandwich

If you're short on time and want a quick, refreshing sandwich, try this easy 3-minute curd sandwich. Start by mixing thick curd (yogurt) with finely chopped cucumber, onion, and green chilli in a bowl—season it with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread this cool, creamy mixture generously on a slice of bread, then top it with another slice. It’s light, healthy, and perfect for a quick snack or a simple breakfast.

INGREDIENTS :-

 * Bread slice - 4

* Chopped cucumber - 2 tbs

* Chopped onion - 1 tbs

* Cucumber slices - 4

* Thick Curd - 3 -4 tbs

* Green chilli - 1

* Oregano - 1/4 tsp

* Pepper powder - 2 pinch

 * Salt - to taste

METHOD :-

* Take thick curd in a bowl. 

* Add thick curd, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, chopped green chilli, pepper powder and salt. 

* Mix everything well to make a creamy filling. 

 * Take one bread slice. 

* Evenly spread curd mixture on the bread slice. 

 * Place two cucumber slices over it. 

* Cover  with another slice of bread. 

* Tasty and easy sandwich is ready.
