Chinese Spicy Fried eggs

Chinese  fried eggs are a bold, flavorful twist on the humble fried egg, incorporating the vibrant flavors of Capsicum, Green chilli, garlic, Oyster sauce and soy sauce for a dish that’s quick to make yet rich in character. Often served as a side dish or part of a home-style meal, this dish reflects the Chinese love for transforming simple ingredients into something deeply satisfying.

INGREDIENTS :-

* Egg - 2

* Oyster sauce - 1 tsp

* Soya sauce - 1 tsp

* Capsicum - 4 tbs

* Garlic cloves - 2

* Green chilli - 1

* Corn flour - 1/2 tbs

* Water - 2 tbs

* Salt - to taste

* Oil - 2 tbs

METHOD :-

* Heat a pan add oil. 

* When the oil becomes hot crack open one egg. 

* Fry until the edges becomes crispy. Set aside. 

 * Follow the same procedure for all eggs. 

* Heat another pan add 1tbs of oil. 

* To this add chopped garlic. 

* Saute it until the raw taste of garlic is completely gone. 

* Once it done add chopped capsicum and enough salt. 

* Saute it for 2-3 minutes in high flame. 

* Then add oyster sauce and soya sauce. 

* Make corn flour slurry using 1/2 tbs corn flour and 2 tbs of water. 

* Pour this to the mixture. Stir continuously for one minute. 

* Then add fried eggs. 

* Mix it. 

* Cook this for another one minute. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Tasty Chinese fried eggs are ready.
