Caramel Frappuccino

A caramel Frappuccino is a popular blended beverage known for its rich, indulgent flavor and smooth, icy texture. Made with a base of coffee or crème, it's blended with ice, milk, and a generous amount of caramel syrup, then topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce. This sweet and creamy drink is a favorite at coffee shops like Starbucks, where it's often enjoyed as a refreshing treat, especially during warmer months. Its balance of bold coffee (in the coffee-based version) and dessert-like sweetness makes it appealing to both coffee lovers and those looking for a flavorful, non-traditional caffeine fix.

INGREDIENTS :-

* Instant coffee powder - 3/4 tbs

* Luke warm water - 1 tbs

* Sugar 1 tbs

* Chilled Milk - 1 cup

* Ice cubes - as required

For caramel syrup :-

* Sugar - 1/4 cup

* Butter - 1 tbs

* Fresh cream - 1/4 cup

* Salt - a pinch

For caramel crunch :-

* Sugar - 1 tbs

* Butter - 1/2 tsp

* Cashews - 1 tbs

METHOD :-

For caramel syrup, heat a pan add sugar and Caramelize it. 

* Once it done add butter. When the butter completely melts add fresh cream. 

Mix and combine well. Then add a pinch of salt. Mix it. 

* Turn off the flame. Caramel syrup is ready. Set aside. 

* For caramel crunch, heat a pan add sugar and Caramelize it. 

* Once it done add butter. Mix it. 

* Then add cashew nuts. Mix it and remove from the flame and pour this to the butter paper. 

* Let it cool down completely. 

* After that remove from the butter paper and crush it. Set aside. 

* Mix coffee powder, sugar and Luke warm water. 

* Beat it for 1 minute with a whisk.

* To a blender add ice cubes, chilled milk, beaten coffee mix, sugar (optional), caramel syrup. 

* Blend it nicely. 

* Pour this to the serving glass. 

* Add whipping cream on the top and sprinkle some caramel crunch. 

* Tasty Caramel Frappuccino is ready.
