Quick and easy side dish

  This is a very easy to make side dish made with pappadam and mango. It's take only 5 minutes to prepare. This is a best accompaniment with rice especially curd rice. Let's see how to make this. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Chopped Raw mango - 1/4 cup

* Pappadam - 2

* Chilli powder - 1 tsp

* Garlic - 2 clove

* Coconut oil - 2 tsp

* Salt - to taste

METHOD :-

* First cut the mango into thin slices. Then cut into small pieces. 

* To this add chilli powder, crushed garlic, salt and coconut oil. 

* Mix it. 

* Deep fry the pappadam. 

* Crush it. 

* Then add the crushed pappadam into the mango mix. 

* Mix well. 

* It's ready to serve. 

ENJOY!!!! 

* Salt - to taste
