   This recipe is simple and super healthy. Banana is a source of healthy nutrition and also helps for those who are looking for weight gain in a healthy and natural way. Here I am making a creamy smoothie that is rich in protein and other essential nutrients. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Dates - 2

* Almonds - 4

* Cashew - 4

* Peanut butter - 2 tbs

* Banana - 1

* Milk - 1 cup

METHOD :-

* To a bowl add Almonds, dates, cashews along with water and soak overnight. 

* In the morning strain it. 

* To a blender add banana pieces, soaked ingredients, peanut butter and milk. 

* Blend it nicely. 

* Pour into the serving glass. 

* Drink this every morning as a breaking smoothie.
