  Homemade protein powder can be an easy way to add more protein into our diet, especially if you have control over ingredients and want to avoid additives. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Almonds - 1 cup

* Walnut - 1/2 cup

* Pistachio - 1/4 cup

* Cashews - 1/4 cup

* Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup

* Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbs

* Melon seeds - 2 tbs

* Ground nut - 2 tbs

* Oats  - 1/2 cup

* Unsweetened Milk powder - 1/2 cup

METHOD :-

* Dry roast the almonds and keep aside. 

* Dry roast walnut, pistachios, cashews in low flame till turns aromatic. Keep aside. 

* Then dry roast pumpkin seeds, melon seeds in low flame till it turns aromatic. Keep aside. 

* After that dry roast ground nuts till it slightly pop up. 

* Dry roast oats in low flame till it becomes crispy. 

* Transfer all dry roasted ingredients to a plate. 

* Let it cool down completely. 

* After that transfer to a mixer jar along with cocoa powder. 

* Pulse and blend it. 

* Then sieve it. 

* To this add milk powder. Mix well. 

* Protein powder is ready. Store in an airtight container. 

* Boil 1 cup of milk. 

* When it becomes warm add 1 1/2 tbs of already prepared protein powder.

* Mix well. 

* Pour this to the serving glass. 

* ENJOY!!!!
