Drinking this  healthy weight loss drink daily, when paired with a balanced diet and regular exercise will accelerate weight loss effectively. Let's see how to make this easy and healthy weight loss drink. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Water - 1 cup

* Fennel seeds - 1 tsp

* Cumin seed - 1 tsp

* Lemon juice - 1 tsp

* Honey -  1 tsp

METHOD :-

* Boil water along with fennel seeds and cumin seed for 5 minutes in medium to low flame. 

* Let it cool down. 

* Strain the tea. 

* Pour this to the serving glass. 

* To this add honey and lemon juice. 

* Mix it.
