Easy Chilli garlic Spaghetti pasta
This is a easy to make recipe. It makes the perfect lunch box recipe which should be readily appreciated by all age groups including kids. Mix of spicy and tangy taste with the Crunchiness of capsicum will give you a delightful treat. This is typically prepared with spaghetti pasta but can also be prepared with any pasta kernels and pasta shells.
INGREDIENTS :-
* Spaghetti - 100 gm
* Crushed chilli - 1 tbs
* Garlic - 2 clove
* Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
* Tomato sauce - 3 tbs
* Soya sauce - 1 tsp
* Capsicum pieces - 1/4 cup
* Sugar - 1/2 tsp
* Salt - to taste
* Oil - 2 tbs
METHOD :-
* Boil Some water, when it starts bubbling add spaghetti.
* Cook this for 7-8 minutes.
* After that strain it.
* Then pour some chilled water over that.
* Spaghetti is ready set aside.
* Soak the crushed chilli in hot water for 30 minutes.
* Then grind it along with garlic to a fine paste.
* To a bowl add this chilli-Garlic paste, tomato sauce, soya sauce, sugar, salt and vinegar. Sauce mix is ready.
* Mix it.
* Heat a pan add oil, when it becomes hot add this sauce mix.
* Saute it until the raw taste of chilli- garlic paste is completely gone in medium flame.
* Then add capsicum pieces saute it for 1 minute.
* To this add cooked spaghetti and mix it for 1-2 minutes.
* Chilli spaghetti is ready to serve.
