EGG PICKLE

   Egg pickle is a very tasty pickle made with quail egg. This can be stored upto 15 days. This is one of the best combo with lemon rice. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Quail egg - 10

* Ginger - 1 inch

* Garlic - 12 cloves

* Chilli powder - 2 tbs

* Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp

* Salt - to taste

* Sugar - 1/4 tsp

* Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp

* Oil - 3 tbs

* Curry leaves - 2 sprig

* Vinegar - 3 tbs

METHOD :-

* Boil the egg until it's cooked well. 

* Then peel out the shell. 

* Heat a pan add 1 tbs oil when it becomes hot add eggs. 

* Shallow fry it for 2 minutes. Take out from pan and Set aside. 

* To the same pan add the remaining oil. 

* When it becomes hot add chopped ginger and garlic. 

* Saute it till the raw taste is gone. 

* Turn the flame low. 

* Then add curry leaves, chilli powder, asafoetida powder, salt, fenugreek powder. Mix it. 

* Once it done add shallow fried egg. Mix it for 1 minute. 

* To this add vinegar. Allow to boil. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Let it cool down completely. 

* Transfer to a clean dry bottle. Store it for 15 days.
