   Peanut butter and banana with almond milk is a classic combo that's even more delicious and rich in protein. In addition this peanut butter banana smoothie helps you up your veggie servings for the day with Mild-flavoured spinach in it. This smoothie contains vitamins, minerals, protein and potassium that fuel up body. 

  INGREDIENTS:-

* Almond milk - 1 cup

* Peanut butter - 1 tbs

* Spinach - 1 cup

* Banana - 1

METHOD :-

* Add all the ingredients to a blender. 

* Start blending on medium-low  speed to combine all the ingredients. 

* Then turn it up to medium-high to thoroughly blend the smoothie. 

* You may need to stop once or twice to scrape  down the sides of blender. 

* After blending smoothly, pour this to the serving glass. 

* Tasty and healthy green smoothie is ready.
