Easy Coffee pudding

  This delicious and super easy coffee pudding is the perfect combination of an irresistible dessert and a true cup of coffee. This super easy pudding is made without gelatin or agar agar it's just made on stove top with cornstarch. 

METHOD :-

* Marie biscuits - 8

* Ghee - 1 1/2 tsp

* Full fat milk - 250 ml

*  Instant Coffee powder - 1 tbs

* Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp

* Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp

* Sugar - 2 - 3 tbs

* Grated chocolate - as needed

* Corn flour - 1 1/2 tbs

  METHOD :-

* Roughly crack the biscuits. 

* Transfer this to a mixer jar and grind it to a nice powder. 

 * To this biscuit powder add the ghee and mix it with a spatula. This will helps to bind the mixture. Set aside. 

* To a sauce pan pour the milk and boil it. 

* Once the milk is heated up add the instant coffee powder. 

* Mix it until it completely dissolve. 

* Then add vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and sugar. 

* Mix it well. 

* Meanwhile mix the corn flour with little milk  to make corn flour slurry. 

* Add this corn flour slurry to the coffee mix. 

* Stir it continuously in medium flame for 2-3 minutes. 

* When it becomes thicken turn off the flame. Pudding mixture is ready. 

* To assemble the pudding add some biscuit powder to the serving bowl. 

* Gently press it and even it out. 

* Then pour the pudding mixture into this. 

* Once it comes to the room temperature. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. 

* After that garnish with some grated chocolate. 

* Tasty coffee pudding is ready.
