Custard Biscuit Pudding
This custard biscuit pudding is layered with custard and Dark chocolate biscuit and topped with chocolate. Traditionally custard biscuit pudding is made with milk and egg but this quick pudding is made without eggs. The end result is the same creamy, dreamy, chocolaty treat that is much simpler and easier to make.
INGREDIENTS :-
* Milk - 500 ml
* Custard powder - 2 1/2 tbs
* Sugar - 1/2 cup
* Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
* Butter - 2 tbs
* Dark chocolate biscuits - 200 gms
* Dark chocolate - 1/2 cup
METHOD :-
* Mix Custard powder with 4 tbs milk. Mix it well and set aside.
* Remove the cream from the chocolate biscuits and set aside.
* Boil milk along with sugar and vanilla essence.
* When it becomes hot add the custard mix.
* Stir it continuously in medium flame.
* When it becomes thick add 1 tbs butter. Mix it well.
* When the custard comes to a nice dropping consistency.
* Turn off the flame.
* Let start the layering. First place biscuits then pour the custard mix and even it out.
* Then place the biscuits over that and again layer it with custard mix. Set aside.
* Double boil the dark chocolate along with 1 tbs of butter.
* When it completely melts, pour it over the pudding as a top layer.
* When it comes to the room temperature. Refrigerate it for 2 hours.
* Tasty custard biscuit pudding is ready.
