Peanut Milk Burfi

     This is a yummy and healthy burfi with the combination of peanut, jaggery and milk powder. Peanut milk burfi is a popular fusion Indian recipe. This is an ideal snack for any occasion. It's a tasty and satisfying snack that is high in protein. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Peanut - 1 cup

* Jaggery- 1/2 cup

* Water - 1/4 cup

* Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

* Milk powder - 4 tbs

* Ghee - 1 tbs

METHOD :-

* Dry roast the peanut. 

* Remove the peel. 

* Transfer this to a mixer jar. 

 * Coarsely grind it and set aside. 

* Heat a pan add jaggery and  1/4 cup of water. Mix it. 

* Boil till it reaches one string consistency. 

* Once it done add the coarsely grinded peanut.Mix it. 

* Stir it continuously in medium to low flame. 

* When it becomes thick and non sticky, add ghee and mix well. 

* Then add milk powder. Mix it well. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Transfer this to a greased plate. 

* Let it cool down completely. 

* Cut into pieces. 

* Tasty peanut milk burfi is ready.
