Jackfruit 65

   Raw jackfruit 65  tastes amazing  with aromatic curry leaves and other spices. Jackfruit 65 is great  as an appetizer. It's meat like texture makes  it  a perfect vegetarian substitute for chicken 65.

INGREDIENTS :-

* Tender jackfruit - 250 gm

* Chilli powder - 2 tsp

* Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

* Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

* Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

* Oregano seasoning - 1 tsp

* Ginger garlic paste -2 tsp

* Lemon juice - 1 tsp

* Corn flour - 2 tsp

* Rice flour - 2 tsp

* All purpose flour - 2 tbs

* Curry leaves - 1 sprig

* Oil - for deep frying

METHOD :-

* Peel and cut the tender into medium sized pieces. 

* Boil the pieces along with turmeric powder and salt. Cook until it becomes half cooked. 

* Drain out the water. 

* Add this to a bowl. Then add chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala, pepper powder, oregano seasoning, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. 

* Let it rest for 30 minutes. 

* Then add corn flour, rice flour and all purpose flour. Mix well. 

* Heat oil in a pan. When it becomes hot, turn the flame to medium. 

* Add the marinated jackfruit pieces. Fry it till golden brown color. 

* Turn off the flame and add curry leaves. Deep fry it. 

* Add this to the jackfruit 65. Mix it. 

* Tasty jackfruit 65 is ready to serve.
