Amla cubes

    Amla or Indian gooseberry when blended with ginger and curry leaves offers various health benefits for overall health. Amla or gooseberry is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants which helps to boosts immune system, helps in weight loss, Promoting cardiovascular health and also improving skin  and hair health. Ginger has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. It helps to improve digestion, potential weight loss management and reduce inflammation. Curry leaves is packed with iron and Vitamins. Which helps to boosts immunity and support for managing blood sugar levels. It can also help in weight loss, skin health and may even improve vision. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Amla - 1/2 kg

* Curry leaves - 1 handful

* Ginger - 50 gm

METHOD :-

* To a blender add all the ingredients along with  little water. 

* Grind it. Then strain the mixture through a sieve. 

* Pour this juice to the ice tray. 

* Freeze it.

* To a glass of water add one or two amla cubes. 

* Allow to melt it completely. 

* Drink it. Drink this every morning.
