Cheesy Bread / Easy Breakfast recipe

   This flavorful cheesy baked bread is made in less than 15 minutes. This recipe is packed with herby  flavours. You can use parmesan cheese or mozzarella cheese that's your choice. Serve this as a snack or breakfast. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Bread - 4 slices

* Chopped onion - 1/4 cup

* Chopped tomato - 2 tbs

* Capsicum - 3 tbs

* Fried chicken pieces - 1/4 cup

* Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

* Garam masala - 1/8 tsp

* Oregano seasoning - 2 tsp

* Tomato sauce - 3 tbs

* Crushed chilli - 1/2 tsp

* Cheese - as needed

METHOD :-

* Cut the breads into medium sized cubes. 

* Add this to a bowl along with all other ingredients except cheese. 

* Mix well. 

* Take a baking tin. Add the half portion of the bread mix to the tin. 

* Then add cheese over it. 

* Add the remaining bread mix on the top of that. 

* Finally add some more cheese on the top and sprinkle some oregano seasoning. 

* Bake in a preheated oven on 200°C for 5 minutes. 

* Cheesy bread is ready.
