Let's make a healthy and tasty sprouted horse gram stir fry

INGREDIENTS:-

* sprouted horse gram - 1cup

* Water - 1cup

* Green chilly - 2

* Salt - to taste

* Curry leaves -

* Oil - 2 Tbspn

* Small onion (shallots) - 15

* Crushed chilly flakes - 2 Tspn

* Grated coconut - 4Tbspn


PREPARATION:-

* Put the sprouted horse gram to the pressure cooker along with salt and water. 

* Cook it on the medium flame for 2 whistles.

* Switch off the flame and keep aside till the pressure is completely gone.

* Heat a kadai, pour little oil.

* When the oil becomes hot, add some curry leaves and finely chopped green chilly.

* Then add chopped shallots and saute well.

* Next add crushed chilly flakes.

* You can also use garlic to it for avoiding gastric problems.

* Saute it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame, then add grated coconut. Mix well till the raw taste of coconut goes.

* Then add cooked horse gram to this and mix well.

* If there is any water in it, dry it up.

* Switch off the flame. Stir fry is ready to serve.

* It goes well with rice porridge, puttu or boiled rice.
