                  Egg Fried Rice           This is a simple dish made with eggs, cooked rice ,vegetables and soy sauce. Fried rice is a quick lunch option which is easy to make and taste delicious.  This authentic fried rice doesn't contains any complicated ingredients. Here I am using basmati rice but you can also substitute with jasmine rice.  INGREDIENTS * Cooked basmati rice - 1 cup * Egg - 2 * Soy sauce - 2 tsp * Spring onion - 1 tbs * Capsicum (optional) - 1 tbs * Oil - 1 tbs * Salt - to taste * Pepper powder - as needed METHOD :- * Crack open the eggs.                 Coconut coffee cloud         Cloud coffee is a trending drink on social media that combines espresso, coconut water and cream or milk, often frothed together to create a layered cloud like appearance. It's a blend of two previous viral beverage, the whipped Dalgona coffee and the coconut water Americano. INGREDIENTS :- * Chilled coconut water - 150 ml * Ice cubes - 3/4 cup * Coffee powder - 1 tbs * Sugar - 2 tbs * Warm water - 2 tbs * Heavy Cream - 2-3 tbs METHOD :- * Mix coffee powder, sugar and hot water.  * Whisk it until light and frothy.  * Then add cream to this again whisk it until frothy.  For making coconut coffee cloud:- * Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the chilled coconut water.  * Then pour the whipped coffee over the chilled coconut water.
