Vegetable Masala curry
This is a one pan delicious curry with the goodness of vegetables, This simple vegetable curry can be made without heavy cream, yogurt and coconut milk. Best paired with chapati, steamed rice, ghee rice and more.
INGREDIENTS :-
* Potato - 1 medium
* Carrot - 1
* Frozen Green peas - 1/2 cup
* Green Beans - 1/4 cup
* Onion - 2 medium sized
* Tomato - 1
* Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
* Green chilli - 1
* Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
* Meat masala powder - 1 tbs
* Kasuri Methi - 1 tbs
* Coriander leaves - 2 tbs
* Oil - 2 tbs
* Salt - to taste
METHOD :-
* Heat a pressure cooker add oil when it becomes hot add chopped onions.
* When it turns golden brown color.
* Add ginger garlic paste. Saute it till the raw taste is gone.
* Once it done turn the flame low and add chilli powder, meat masala powder and turmeric powder. Saute it for 30 seconds.
* After that add chopped tomato and salt.
* Saute it in medium flame till the oil separates.
* Then add the chopped vegetables. Mix it for 1 minute.
* After that add enough water and close lid.
* Cook until it's completely cooked or untill 2 whistles.
* Turn off the flame.
* When the pressure is completely gone open the lid and and coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
* Mix it.
* Vegetable masala curry is ready to serve.
