Chicken Liver Pepper Fry

  Chicken liver is a popular and essential ingredient in many European, Asian and Southern dishes. Chicken liver pepper fry is a spicy, tasty side dish goes well with chapati, parotta, bread, rice. It's not pretty to look at, but when cooked properly it will tastes delicious and an excellent food to add to your repertoire. Chicken liver are an excellent source of Vitamin A, Folate, iron and Vitamins. Let's see how to make this. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Chicken liver - 1 kg

* Whole pepper - 1 1/2 tbs

* Green chilli - 3

* Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

* Coriander powder - 2 tbs

* Garlic - 2 pods

* Shallots - 10

* Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

* Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

* Fennel seeds - 1 tsp

* Onion - 2

* Garam masala powder - 1 tsp

* Coconut oil - 3 -4 tbs

* Salt - to taste

* Curry leaves - 2 sprig

METHOD :-

* Clean the chicken liver. Set aside. 

* To mixer jar add whole pepper, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander powder, chilli powder, garlic and shallots. 

* Grind it nicely. 

* To the chicken liver add this grinded masala paste along with salt and 1/2 tbs coconut oil. 

* Mix it. 

* Let it rest for 30 minutes. 

* Heat a khadai and add the marinated chicken liver. 

* Cook until it's completely cooked. Set aside. 

* Heat a pan add the remaining coconut oil. 

* Then add sliced onion and green chilli. 

* Saute it till it becomes golden brown color. 

* Once it done add the cooked chicken liver, curry leaves and garam masala. 

* Cook until it the water content is completely reduced in medium flame. Stir it occasionally. 

* Once it becomes dry, turn off the flame. 

* Tasty chicken liver pepper fry is ready.
