Raw Mango Chammanthi / Pacha manga Chammanthi
This is one of the simplest yet Lip-smacking dish. Pacha manga Chammanthi is a no-cook dish. This spicy, tangy Chammanthi is a perfect companion for a hot steamed rice with a drizzle of ghee or you can also enjoy with rice porridge. It's one of those simple pleasures that makes a meal unforgettable.
INGREDIENTS :-
* Raw mango - 1
* Green chilli - 3
* Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
* Salt - to taste
* Sugar - 1 pinch
METHOD :-
* Clean and peel the mango.
* Cut into pieces.
* To a mixer jar add mango pieces, green chilli, grated coconut, salt and sugar.
* Grind it. (not a fine paste, just before that)
* Tasty raw mango Chammanthi is ready.
