Homemade pasteurized Mayonnaise

  This creamy homemade mayonnaise  will take only few minutes to make. I am adding a special ingredients to this that will enhance the the taste of the mayonnaise. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Egg - 1

* Vinegar - 3/4 tbs

* Oil - 1/4 cup

* Garlic - 1/4 clove

* Sugar - 2 pinch

* Salt - to taste

* Pepper powder - 2 pinch

* Butter (optional) - 1 tsp

METHOD :-

* To a bowl crack the egg. 

* Add vinegar. 

* Mix it. 

* Boil water in a sauce pan. 

* When it starts vigorously boil, turn the flame low. 

* Place the bowl with egg and vinegar mix over the sauce pan. Don't allow to touch the bowl with the water. 

* Stir it continuously for 1 minute. 

* Remove from the flame. 

* Let it cool down completely. 

* Add this to a blender along with crushed garlic, pepper powder, sugar and salt. 

* Beat it in low speed for 10 seconds. 

* Then add oil. 

* Beat it in low speed till the texture turns thick. 

* At this stage add butter. Butter should be in room temperature. 

* Again beat for 6-7 seconds. 

* Tasty mayonnaise is ready.
