Homemade Rose Syrup
Rose syrup is an aromatic, handy ingredients made by simmering sugar in water along with rose essence and beetroot juice, You can add food color also and make a concentrate. This rose syrup is useful for making rose milk, flavored drinks, ice cream that can be prepared in minutes - hot or cold.
INGREDIENTS :-
* Sugar - 1 cup
* Water - 1 cup
* Beetroot juice - 3 tbs
* Rose essence - 1 tsp
METHOD :-
* Boil sugar and water until it becomes completely melts and slightly sticky.
* Then add beetroot juice. Mix it.
* Boil for 2 minutes and add rose syrup.
* Turn off the flame.
* Let it cool down completely.
* Pour this to a glass jar and refrigerate it for over 1 month it stays fresh.
* You can make rose milk, ice cream and more out of this.
