  Fettuccine Alfredo is perfect for any occasions. It's simply elegant and totally delicious. Rich and creamy Fettuccine Alfredo is one of the easiest pasta dish. Fresh cream combined with parmesan cheese and butter with a garlic flavor make a luscious Alfredo sauce make this a yummy dish. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Fettuccine pasta - 300 gm

* Unsalted butter - 50 gm

* Chopped garlic - 2 tbs

* Fresh cream - 1 cup

* Parmesan cheese - 100 gm

* Salt - to taste

* Pepper - as needed

* Parsley  - as needed

METHOD :-

* Heat a pot add enough water, when it starts boiling add the pasta. 

* When the pasta becomes 90% cooked. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Strain it and set aside. Save the pasta water. 

* Heat a pan add butter. 

* When it melts, add chopped garlic. 

*, Saute it for 1 minute. Do not brown it. 

* Then turn the flame low and add the fresh cream. 

* Gently mix it. 

* To this add parmesan cheese. Mix it. 

* After adding the parmesan cheese the sauce become thick. 

* At this time add the pasta water to make a saucy consistency. 

* Add salt and pepper. 

* Mix it. 

* Then add the cooked pasta. Gently mix it. 

* To this again add some cheese and parsley. 

* Cook for 1 minute. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Tasty fettuccine Alfredo is ready.
