Peas and eggs stir fry

  Peas and eggs stir fry is a super easy, delicious and healthy dish.  This recipe takes just a few minutes to make. You can add parmesan cheese to this if you prefer. Enjoy this dish as a snack or as a meal. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Egg -2

* Green peas - 1/4 cup

* Onion - 1 medium

* Green chilli - 3

* Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp

* Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

* Salt - to taste

* Curry leaves - 1 sprig

* Coconut oil - 2 tbs

METHOD :-

* Cook the green peas, drain out the water and set aside. 

* Heat oil, then add chopped onion. 

* Saute till it turns transparent. 

* Then add chopped green chilli and ginger. 

* Saute it for 2 minutes. 

* To this add curry leaves and salt. 

* Mix it. 

* Once it done, crack the eggs to this. 

* Scramble the egg. 

* Then add cooked green peas. 

* Mix it. Cook this in medium flame for 2-3 minutes. 

* Finally sprinkle the pepper powder and mix it. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Easy and tasty egg green peas stir fry is ready.
